Tech Support

A successful technological company at Ramat Gan, is looking for a smart and talented Tech Support Representative - a very challenging and interesting position in a dynamic environment which requires technical experience and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
We do researches, tracking and debugging, detect issues in real time and take care of the fixes in production.

Requirements

  •  Ability to work in shifts including one on weekends.

  •  Strong interpersonal skills, fluent, strong written and verbal communication skills.

  •  Excellent English – Read/Write/Verbal.

  •  Knowledge of Networking and Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, HTTP, JavaScript).

  • Knowledge of Databases and SQL.

  •  Ability to deliver results under pressure in fast-paced environment.

  •  Strong attention to details, highly responsible, willing to take initiatives.

  •  Ability to work independently, and collaborate with other team members.
